Hi Jonas how are you and what have you been up to recently?
I´m fine thanks , Thanks for this interview.
The last 2 months of my life were really intense , it was about traveling a lot and been focused on music production.
Also I´m just moved to Europe and I will stay in Europe for 1 year , as I got the german artist visa , so I´m really motivated at the moment.
How is your label going?
My label Traut is doing well , the last reference „Music From The Basement Part 3“ had good reaction from some of the elite techno artists , so I´m happy about it , because I like to release just the music that I feel to do it. Around 4 reference per year its more than enough for me.
You have moved to Berlin as your base several times now when you are on tour. How do you feel there and what do you think about the scene there?
I feel Berlin like the place to be focused on music , I feel more part of this world going to record shops , meeting with colleges and making plans with my agency , also getting inspiration from different kind of arts like photography , museums , films and club culture for sure.
If you could collaborate with any artist, who would you choose and why?
For me is quite difficult to make music together another person , but if I have to choose someone I would like to work together with some open mind artist able to make any kind of style of electronic music , from ambient – idm to house – techno.. Also I love to work with the newcomers and young people.
What annoys you or has pissed you off lately?
The excess of „no-dj´s“ trying to be dj´s , specially in the Argentine scene , courtesy of digital technology and softwares.
What excites you besides music?
Cooking / Cars / Exoplitics
How is the techno scene in Buenos Aires right now?
I´m not 100% sure about it because last time I played in Buenos Aires was around 3 or 4 months ago .. but I know that there are parties every weekend with international names , so It´s good for the clubbers I guess.
Who would you choose to compete in a Wrestling match and why?
I have some people in mind , but I prefer to send some musical weapons to them , that´s the best way to win this match for me 🙂
